Let’s say you have a rental property and there is a closet inside the home that you would like to use as an owner’s closet. This closet would not be accessed by your tenants. Some of these type of locks have a key override just in case the batteries go dead and you are unable to unlock with a code. Many of the new combination locks have wifi capability and can be unlocked from an app on your phone from anywhere. Combination locks are great to use for rental properties or your main home. Rekeying locks are the main reason why our customers contact us. Let’s say you have lost your house key and are not sure who may have it. We can come and rekey your lock so a new key will unlock it. You won’t need to replace the lock for a rekey. We can also cut many copies of the key you use for the lock.
